Research

The Bochum working group "Polarized Target" is working on the development of suitable targets for double-polarized scattering experiments, such as the COMPASS experiment at CERN. A decisive aspect for the suitability of a sample as a target in such an experiment is, inter alia, the highest possible polarization.
